Dorzox Eye Drops (5 ml) – Product Description
Take active control of your eye health with Dorzox Eye Drops, a specialized ophthalmic solution developed by Cipla to manage intraocular pressure. Formulated with 2% Dorzolamide Hydrochloride, this prescription-strength medication targets the cellular root of high fluid pressure. By slowing down fluid production within the eye, Dorzox provides reliable, targeted management for ocular hypertension and open-angle glaucoma, actively helping to shield the delicate optic nerve from progressive pressure damage and vision loss.
Key Benefits
  • Targeted Pressure Reduction: Effectively lowers intraocular pressure (IOP) to slow or prevent the progression of glaucoma.
  • Inhibits Fluid Production: Restricts the enzyme responsible for secreting excess aqueous humor fluid inside the ciliary body.
  • Optic Nerve Care: Minimizes structural stress on the optic nerve to help preserve your long-term peripheral and central vision.
  • Proven Performance: Backed by Cipla’s trusted quality standards for consistent day-to-day therapeutic efficacy.

Directions for Use

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the bottle.

  2. Tilt your head back slightly, look upward, and gently pull down the lower eyelid to form a small pocket.
  3. Invert the dropper bottle directly over your eye without letting the tip touch the eye, eyelid, skin, or any external surface to prevent microbial contamination.
  4. Squeeze out exactly one drop (or as prescribed by your doctor) into the pocket.
  5. Close your eye softly and apply light pressure with your finger to the inner corner of your eye (near your nose) for 1 to 2 minutes to minimize systemic absorption.
  6. Contact Lens Users: Remove lenses before instilling the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
