Active Ingredients & Composition
- Dorzolamide Hydrochloride IP (equivalent to Dorzolamide 2% w/v): A potent carbonic anhydrase inhibitor that lowers intraocular pressure (IOP) by decreasing the production and secretion of aqueous humor (the fluid inside the eye).
- Benzalkonium Chloride Solution IP (0.0075% v/v): Acts as the antimicrobial preservative system.

Directions for Use

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the bottle.
- Tilt your head back slightly, look upward, and gently pull down the lower eyelid to form a small pocket.
- Invert the dropper bottle directly over your eye without letting the tip touch the eye, eyelid, skin, or any external surface to prevent microbial contamination.
- Squeeze out exactly one drop (or as prescribed by your doctor) into the pocket.
- Close your eye softly and apply light pressure with your finger to the inner corner of your eye (near your nose) for 1 to 2 minutes to minimize systemic absorption.
- Contact Lens Users: Remove lenses before instilling the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.

- Prescription Only (Rx): This medication must only be used under the direct care and regular monitoring of an ophthalmologist or eye specialist.
- Sulfonamide Allergy Warning: Dorzolamide is a sulfonamide compound; do not use this product if you have a known history of severe allergy to sulfa drugs.
- Renal and Hepatic Function: Use with caution and consult your doctor first if you have a history of severe kidney impairment or liver disease.
- Temporary Vision Shifts: Mild stinging, burning, or blurred vision may happen immediately after instillation. Avoid driving or operating machinery until your vision clears completely.
- Multi-Medication Protocol: If you are using other eye drops, wait at least 10 minutes between applying each product to prevent washing out the medication.
- Storage Instructions: Store at room temperature away from direct heat and freezing. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children. Discard the bottle completely 4 weeks after opening.
