HOW TO USE-
- Apply one coat of SUGAR POP Strengthening Base Coat (Sold separately). Leave it to dry
- Then apply one or two coats of SUGAR POP Nail Lacquer Glitter. You can use these glitter nail lacquers as a top coat over any nail lacquer of your choice
